The annexe is 5 minutes drive to the La Lucia beach, 10 minutes drive to the Umhlanga beach, 15 minutes to Durban's main beach and 5 minutes drive to Gateway the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere as well as Crawford College. We over-look La Lucia Mall and have uninterrupted views across the Durban coastline and city lights.

Access to keys:
Please email or call to set up a time prior to your arrival at Ellingham Annexe to receive your key and security control. A faxed or emailed copy of ID document or passport will be required at time of confirmed booking.

Deposit and balance of Payment:
Deposit: is 50% of total at time of confirmed booking. There will be a 25%refund if cancellation 10 days before arrival date, otherwise the deposit shall be retained to cover lost reservations.
Balance of Payment: either as a direct deposit/internet transaction, or cash on arrival - keys shall not be passed over until the total has been receipted. Apologies but we do not accept cheques or credit cards.

Indemnity
The Owner reserves the right of admission and shall not be liable for:
a) any loss, damage or injury, (direct or indirect) arising from the use and occupation of the premises,
b) supplying alternative accommodation should the premises be damaged by fire, riot, storm or the like,
c) The Tenant shall leave the premises in the same good order and condition as they were at the commencement date. The cost of replacing any items missing from the inventory list shall be deducted from the deposit.
